And yet, another human (?) that I am ashamed of. Irregardless of what country they are in, OR FROM.... they are a shameful position.

While I actually AM a proponent of Capital Punishment, that would be for those who are judged and deemed guilty by a jury of peers, for a major crime. Simply living does not equate to the former statement.

When I was in elementary school, one of my neighbors had 2 boys and one was retarded he was not a standard trisomy 21 or any thing. His older brother would hit him while on the bus on the way home. We lived in a small town and his mother and father were told this type of treatment was going on by me and several other students. One day big brother hit his younger retarded brother and hurt him! When he got off the bus he ran is a$$ as fast as he could to get home several of the faster runners caught him and we surrounded him and took terns punching on him...His parents came by our house later that evening and told me to lay off their oldest son. They didn't like the response of " You were told what was happening on the bus every day and did nothing! Myself and some of the other students have no problems putting a stop to it since you won't... He never hit his brother in front of me or anyone else that rode our bus.
I guess I lived in a different time, but the 80's don't seem that far away...
