At the gun show here last weekend clean same headstamp OFB 223 brass was selling for $15/100 for regular brands. Maybe Norma would be worth more.

Defender Ammunition in Raeford, NC has a brass exchange program. Looks like right now you get $2.75 per pound "store credit" for .223/5.56 brass (do not deprime it). Use that credit for their ammo. components, etc. Obviously you need to have enough brass to make the exchange worthwhile...
