No options in my user settings to enable the Advanced options tab that I can see either, Could be missing something but I'm guessing maybe because your Admins you may have it and we don't....not sure though.
 
It's a permission I have to enable HTML for certain members as vBulletin turns off HTML by default so it cannot be used by spammers ...

I can add it back in, give me a few minutes

Is there another way for users to embed Youtube and other videos, without HTML?
The old BBC code method doesn't seem to work.
