Video: Waitress pulls gun on thug that punched her manager

I'd have had a hard time not putting two in his chest. He not only hammered her, he continued to pursue her after she went down. No way she would have been charged once that video got out. Did she do the right thing? Maybe, time will tell. Curious if she lost her job for violating firearm policy?

I gotta say, she drew that pistol smooth and quick. I front pocket carry 95% of the time and there is no way I could have drawn that fast.

I think after the first punch, there is no longer a threat, only because of the presentation of the handgun, he backed off.......if he would of continued to make aggressive moves, then a couple of rounds would probably be a good shoot, he backed off after she showed her gun....... I think she handled the situation very well.....

Not clicking on a link to a fake news site to give them click revenue, but I get the gist of the video. She definitely dodged a bullet (no pun intended) by not firing at the attacker once there was no longer a threat. Obviously things differ from state to state and I can guarantee in my state, she would have gotten into legal troubles had she shot the attacker.

Then you need to move. edit: I guess this is how we get hung jurys.
