Let me apologize now if this has been discussed.

I know the AICS skins haven't been out long but I'm wondering if anyone has tried these as well as the Viper Skins?

If so did you like one more then the other and if so what about the specific one did you like?

I'm a premature with my opinions but I picked up an AICS stock and didn't like it much at all so I ordered the Viper skins and I feel it was a huge improvement just by feel. I haven't shot either so no real world experience and the gun is being sent off to APA tomorrow so I don't plan on getting any range time behind it until it gets back. Until then I might also order the AICS pistol grip as well just so I can try both out but I was curious if anyone has already done so?

Thanks

Unless I get a very negative response towards the AICS pistol grips, I will most likely do that review.

It's going to be about 3 months out though as that was the quoted time for my APA build.

I own both. There are things I like about both of them. But I have more pluses for the Viperskins. Wide fore end, rubber backstrap, and texture going to the viperskings. While the AI is a little slik compared to the the old skins, narrow front end. But the biggest thing is the pistol grip on the AI skins feel solid. The viper skins feels a little flimsy, pistol grip area, but not too bad. Also, there are no holes for the action screws on the Viperskins. You have to unbolt some of the screws to get your allen wrench in there. IMHO, both have their pluses and minuses.
