Rifle Scopes Vortex PST 2.5-10X32 VS 4-14X50

I did a few searches and noe one has compaired the two. I'm looking for a hunting /target scope. 10X is good for hunting. 16X is better for target / distance shooting. So Im torn between the two.
Does one have better glass than the other?
