Edit : And for the record something reptilian in me rages at the name Michelin . Those Mother Fuckers charger us $1,500 for every rubber tree damaged in Vietnam . They can eat a bag of rubber dicks .
I didn’t grow up in Luz’anna, so I prefer mine as crawfish etouffee. Love crab boil, but am not a fan of mud bug boil.

My brother-in-law and his family live in a little town near Baton Rouge. He did both at his youngest daughter's high school graduation. Both a crawfish and he had some leftover crawfish from the last time and made an etoufee' out of that. A few catfish fillets, breaded with milk and mustard. everything else was thrown in the boiling water with small potatoes, mushrooms, and baby ears of corn.
