Wal-Mart is getting sued..

Even the "accepted" music of the masses..... Country music.......is all about sex and violence. I guess its Ludwig Van from here on out. This would sharpen you up and make you ready for a bit of the old ultra-violence..

"Trinity owns at least $2,000 worth of Wal-Mart shares, according to court papers.

The church asked the court to rule against Wal-Mart’s refusal to allow the church’s proposal and to award legal fees and expenses.

Wal-Mart, which logged $476 billion in sales last year, rose 34 cents to $76.77 in New York Stock Exchange composite trading at 4:15 p.m."

So, they own 30 shares? Of a company that does almost half a TRILLION dollars in sales? And, they want a say in how the company does business? F-ing unreal!!!

Exactly what I was thinking. Buy their shares back for $2,050 and tell them (In the best Eminem impersonation they have) to go get fucked.

Walmart gets sued about 300 times , EVERYDAY. Always some shithead trying to get a piece of their pie.

In this country it is much easier to sue and steal from those that produce, than to actually produce.

It's a New York church that's on Wall Street. Looks like the New York State of mind had rubbed off on them.
Can I sue the church because they are trying to interfere with my family values. On Sundays I like to go to the range and empty 30 round mags while listening to violent music with the family.

This.

I know 3 people who have sued and gotten a settlement from Walmart.

Only 1 was legit and completely Walmart's fault where they decided to stock things during the day and knocked a pallet over on top of her breaking bones and KOing her. I forget what it was, but thank God it wasn't something ridiculously heavy.

The other 2 were total opportunistic attempts at getting a check and it worked because its cheaper to write you a check for $15k than to fight it in court.
