Before i reloaded shot shells i would always buy shot shells at walmart. Around hunting season they would always run a sale on ammo. For clay pigons and trap it is cheap shooting.

I always check every wallmart I go in when traveling for their 55grn 223 ammo. I like being able to pick up the 20 round boxes for 4.50-6.00 depending on were I am.

It went down to 34.95 from 39.95 about 6 months ago in NH, though I have only seen it on the shelf twice since then. I do see the 20-pack American Eagle and Winchester white box but they have it marked at $10+/box.
