Want to buy: 223 Action (Origin, Nucleus, others?)

Looking to buy a 223 action. Ideally a custom of some sort. My budget is $750. Can get a Stiller for $686 shipped so if I can't find something like an Origin or Nucleus or similar for a comparable price, I will just order a Stiller.
