Wanted .44 mag 200gr barnes XPB start load H110 ?

Or Lil gun. What sort of V can you get out of a 6" with these?
Was hoping for 1700 but bearing surface is LOOOOOOOOOng.

I use 18.5 with a 300 gr hardcast. What does the Barnes website say?

Barnes only lists two powders #9 and enforcer. was hoping for more v with a slower powder

Seating depth will make a world of difference here, as well as the action in relation to safe pressures. At 1.6" 1700 is a bit optimistic as long as that bullet is. 1.7" can get you closer but still 1550-1600 is more realistic. H110 or W296 is hard to beat in a .44, Lil' Gun is slightly more bulky, but a good one too. Good luck.
