Sounds like someone has been messing with you.
You can press Ctrl, Alt and then any of the four arrow keys to rotate your screen to the proper view.

Or find the display settings, it's set on upside down. Not sure what OS you are running.

Like KillShot said, try Ctrl-Alt-Up Arrow. We got new HPs at work, and the software engineers have been using this command (Ctrl-Alt-Down Arrow sets it upside down) to wreak havoc on unsuspecting people.
