That might have happened. He gave some story about a barefoot Aussie fella with a failing straw hat that liked to sleep in Roo pouches and needed some posters for a shade for the sun. Felt bad for guy... I told him to call Dundee, He'll sort'em out.

Its amazing how accurate that story is, and nothing got lost in translation, despite our inability to talk without using cuss or swear words, plus not having electricity where my dugout home is, we use a carrier-emu, and it still got sorted.

Props to you my friend.

5 Sept email replied discussed processing time (not a problem).
2 Oct email requesting status
6 Oct email reply mentioned a Print-On-Demand company you use and an incorrect shipping address.
6 Oct email sent asking, "so what happens now?
no reply
15 Oct another email sent requesting an update.
no reply
6 Nov email sent requesting a refund.


This issue needs to get resolved.

I placed my order Oct 26 and it arrived Nov the 3
I received an order confirmation and that was it , no shipping notice nada , just showed up one day

Glad he never followed up about getting my order processed.
