I bought an old 223,with a Weaver scope on it. Only markings are the Weaver logo, and on the forward hood. It has 12X, and numbers for range adjustment/ parallax. Any thoughts on age and value?
Value on old weavers go up if it had El Paso Tx on the back top of the tube. That would put them pre 80's not sure of the exact dates as I am on the road. Most steel tube weavers are going for close to 100 on the bay give or take.
The issue is many of them have worn o-rings and debris or are cloudy.
