Rifle Scopes Weaver Classic

Re: Weaver Classic

Good value definitely. I have the 1.5-4.5 in the same line. Very clear glass, nice reticle (German #4), dot visible during daytime, big turrets that click solid and reset without tools, tracks perfect. When these went on sale there was a big thread going at AR15.com that had nothing but positive things to say about them.

No, Springfield M1A Scout with a Sage EBR. While it looks like a great deal I don't think I will be satisfied without a mil dot reticle.

I'm wondering if it might be a good value or if I should just move along to something else. I'm looking for a new optic for my M1A. Thanks! </div></div>

Those weaver scopes are a really good value. Good glass with great tracking. I used to sell those until I sold out. I sold out really fast. Just to let you know the Illuminated Reticle does not light up the entire reticle. It just makes a colored target dot right in the middle of the crosshairs. Great for low light hunting use.

Re: Weaver Classic

I bought a couple when they went on sale; great price, great illuminated dot, nice and short, not too heavy. The only negative aspect is the crosshairs are quite thick, made zeroing a bit difficult as well as shooting past 100yds.
