Suppressors What 1/2-28 3 lug and adapter for octane 45 ?

Have a 1/2-28 9mm host I want to use octane 45 on. Seems like the 3 lugs are different between 9mm and 45 ? And they don’t make a 1/2-28 45 3 lug ?
