Rifle Scopes What 30mm budget rings for CZ with 20MOA base?

I have a CZ452 that I'm putting together as a budget rimfire project. I have the rimfire technologies 20 MOA base on it. I am going to be mounting a Mueller APT 4-14x40 with the mil-dot reticle.

I don't have a lot of money in the optic so I don't want to put anything I don't have to into the rings.

I see Millet makes a angle-loc ring for about 29.99 but I looked at them in the store and they only had them in 1" locally which means I would have to order them.

Any ideas would be great.

Weaver Tactical Rings(6 screws in each cap) aren't bad. got mine at SWFA for $25 I think it was

With a 20MOA base can I get by with the low rings for a 4-14x40?

The SWFA rings look like they might be the best buy.

Are those rings Steel or Aluminum?

GOD only knows what metal they are made out of.
