I picked one of these rifles up for a good price and need a MD so I can mount my 7.62SD-N6 to. I like to use brake (or a combo) to help buffer the blast to the suppressor. I rather replace 100 MD vs suppressor and have to wait all over again. I shoot 50/50 as is with my SPR (.223) using the same can.
On the SPR I use Brakeout 2.0 (that just released this year). It doesn't seem to have a wall to complete the chamber for the "brake" portion of the MD like the original Brakeout 1.0. This leads me to think the blast would not be lessen before it hits the suppressor.
What I don't like about the Brake's is the kick up of dust signature.
The first three is the Brakeout 2.0 and the last is the 1.0
What are your guys' thoughts?
