It's true. The govt wanted to proactively stop climate change and save the planet. So they banned pesticides and fertilizer and some other things agriculturally necessary. The idiots were probably surprised that this hurt their primary exports. I swear I couldn't think this clown world could get much worse but the Sri Lanka govt is approaching levels that were previously thought impossible. So the people did what should be repeated in other places. They started hunting their politicians and beating them etc. That's the last update I heard. I hope they continue but they might be doomed as a nation.
