I have a browning xbolt long action stalker 6.5 creedmoor and I’m trying to find the best grain and ammo is best for this gun

This is like asking us which pair of boots is best for you. We don't know. You need to try some different ones and see what's best.
Only your rifle can tell you that. Depends on what your intended use is (hunting, target shooting)? Many have had good luck with Hornady Factory Ammo. They have an American Gunner line with 140 bthp that you may be able to find in 200 round bulk packs. This is not a hunting bullet, however.

6.5 Creedmoor
I'm in the process of building my 6.5 Creedmoor and I have a few boxes of their 120gr AMAX factory loads, but once those are gone it to the table. I've seen a few loads on here, but they are spread out all over the place. Figured we need a spot for all of them to go. Bullets I'm interested in...

It’s a bad time to be trying to source factory ammo, even for 6.5 creedmoor. But, as said above, your rifle will tell you. That said, I have been very pleased with Hornady match 147 grain eld-m, as well as federal gold medal Berger 130 grain ammunition.
I ran some factory ammo across my chronograph for shits and giggles. These were only 5 shot strings.
Berger 140: 2822 average w/ an SD of 22.8
Hornady Eldm 140: 2695 average w/ an SD of 19.6
Sig 140: 2800 average w/ an SD of 14.8
Berger 140: 2822 average w/ an SD of 22.8

I bought 2 boxes for my sons .243. I was not impressed with the performance one bit. I couldnt get it under 2 MOA. This was 7 years ago now so it might have been a bad lot or they may have improved the quality. I haven't tried HSM after that.
Every barrel is different and will shoot best with a particular ammo it likes. If you are limited to factory ammo then buy whatever you can find and start shootimg them. The rifle will tell you what it wants.
