You can reach Mike almost anytime during the week by phone ... The shop number gets transferred to his cell.
And weekend if he isn't doing family things.
If you are talking walk in at the store ... It is by appointment usually. But 10am is a good time he will be at the shop, he works a lot from home in the am. Usually at shop by 1100

I called him on a Saturday morning a few months back and he answered. Spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me. Good CS and great guy.
