What do you consider the Gen 3 Razor of Rangefinding Binos? Specifically with PRS/NRL in mind.

In range finding binos, the Sig Kilo 10 K gen 2 is my choice. The optics are a lot better, better clarity and less blue tint, than the gen 1. The laser is excellent as is the onboard AB Elite and linking with other AB devices. The buttons and menus are pretty easy to use, and it’s the only rangefinding bino where you can adjust the LED reticle to closely match the actual alignment of the laser

is AB needed if you already have other products with AB elite?
I know some sig offerings have the AB ultralight, so you can at least connect. I assume Fury non-ab just will give you a range and you'd have to manually put in the number.
I am looking too, just don't know what to get. I wouldn't mind a used Fury 5000 but I can't swing the AB one. the non ab is expensive enough...

I like the vectorX quite a bit... but they are pricey. The Sig 10k is great... and you can get the Gen1 for good $$$. Gen2 is an improvement... but they all work great.
I'd say to future proof yourself for awhile to go with the Vectronix or Sig Kilo 10K Gen 2 which communicates with other AB products.

I have Sig 3ks that Bluetooth to my kestrel and that’s solely what I use. Very reliable system. The 6ks should work the same. The vortex’s are good, but slower at ranging and providing data than the sigs. The 10k Gen 2 or the vectronix you can go wrong with. The revics work quite well, but don’t integrate AB. They use their own software that is pretty good.
Another vote for the Sig 10K Gen 2. The vortex is WAY slower at calculations (specifically the AB models). Wouldn't even consider the geo ballistics model in today's environment.

How are you adjusting the laser? I didn't realize you could do this and combed through the manual and didn't see it mentioned unless I skipped over it.
I’m gonna show my ignorance here. What do PRA shooters look for in a range finding bino? What are their main purpose/function?
My Sig 6k can do 3000 yards on a reflective target no problem, probably further. Basically they aren't limiting my shooting. They are fast and reliable.
I have ranged to 3300 yards with the Fury 5000 so more than far enough for any matches which usually max around 1200 yards or so. Some can go a little farther but never far enough to be an issue with the LRF.
Fuck that, the Revic binos are a better product than any Sig rangefinding bino in every category. Glass, beam divergence, range speed, ballistic solver, form factor etc.

Worth doing. my adjustment is basically maxed out but I know I’m hitting the target. I’ve used some buddies that haven’t done it and you can tell it’s not spot on
I played with it a little this evening. If you go up enough do numbers actually show up next to the vertical/horizontal labels?
