Im an airline pilot.

Jealous of the altitude. What I wouldnt give for an extra 8k of altitude occasionally to top weather or get out of the winds(although I see you are still in the heart of the wind, 150 on the nose SUCKS).

I got you on the top end though. Bumping .80 is fun. The flight back the next morning was a whore though due to the wind.

I play with fire, steam, ice, smoke, beer, wine, liquor, cash, knives, power tools, a deep fryer, kitchen gadgetry, dead animals, organs, spices, herbs, thousand dollar a pound fungus, and fresh vegetables.

I went to the CIA for 4 years to play with food, taste alcohol and learn to yell at my employees while smiling at guests to make money. Sleeping with the new waitress was part of my training as well

My job is glorified on television in playful competitions and by industry sell outs to be something it is not...

I'm a Chef-

Sorry.
Doesn't come with photos as interesting as many of you. No blazing fires, giant machinery or airplane cockpits....

Full time student during the semesters, summer job is driving fast where I can get away with it, slow where I have to and making sure Papa John's pizza's get where they need to be in a timely manner between coming out of the oven and me driving them...can't account for a overworked crushed shop that may take 45 minutes to cook a pie or wings because everyone orders via phone, walk in, and online all at once though ;)
It's a simple job. I like it. Just enough land nav to be interesting for the local area, and no real thinking required. It's a great break from Chemistry and Biology, and replaces the lost stipend money since I am not in school
