When the dealer you purchased the cheek rest from contacted me to see if I would ship him a replacement he also made mention that you were being a jerk to him as so I told him what I thought.

I believe you have me confused with another dissatisfied customer, as I purchased mine directly from you, not another dealer. I was the one that was emailing you about the stock slipping under the recoil, and your advice was to boil the cheek rest, then you ignored the rest of my emails. </div></div>

As for who you bought the cheek rest from...Hey you might have bought it from me and later gone to my dealer in Colo Spring and see if he could get you a free one...either way, I have only talked two 2 okay 3 to 6 people that had issues.
I was banned a few years ago and never came back. I see I have 5 pages of PM's going back to 08, sorry I never got back to anyone.

Dude really, you have me confused with another person or persons. I do not live in, nor have I gone to Colorado Springs. I also have never bought from, contacted, or in any other way done business with a dealer in the entire state of Colorado; whether it be purchasing, returning, or in any other way complaining about your product.
Plain and simple my complaints about your mounting hardware failing, causing the rest to slip, whether that be during dry firing, or more often under recoil went straight to you.
Instead of offering to take a look at it, or at the very least ask for pictures of what I was talking about; You instead told me that I had not properly fitted the rest and I needed to boil it. You turned it in to a fitting issue with your own imagination. When I told you I had not, and had no need to, you insisted the problem was due to an improper fit and refused to do anything about it.
You didn't even want to see it to determine for yourself what may actually have been the problem. Your mind was so made up that your product could not possibly have failed which; I am assuming that is why you stonewalled me and did not respond to any further emails.
I'm sorry sir, but that is not how a reputable company conducts business.
Hope this jogs your memory and clears things up.
