i am thinking he means millions of illegals and homeless in ny and la are on the busses ready to go from state to state to vote and try to push the elections in that state in there favor cause that is about they only way they have a chance of beating trump .

Both, would be my guess. The numbers of useful idiots and radicals has, I think, reached critical mass. The infection is going to start being a lot more harmful a lot more quickly. This activity will repulse some of the D's and the ones that refuse to swallow their pride and vote for an R, but also refuse to be a part of what's coming next will form their own little group of holdouts. These holdouts, as well as anyone directly opposed to the communist plot, are all ripe for re-education/liquidation.
