This is the list of charges levied against a shit ball neighbor that was hauled out of here a couple days ago.
Does the double listing of the 100,000 bond mean that’s a total of 200k or is it only 100k?

It's bullshit cop stuff. They look for every possible charge hoping to get one or two for the DA to use in court. Which the DA hopes to get a plea deal so he doesn't actually have to do his job.

Probably 200, as they’re separate charges with 2 different levels of severity, but it likely depends on that specific court and how they do it. Around here, if there are 4 separate charges they are lumping together, with $100k total bond, on the list of charges, they will have each valued at $25k

Just a guess, but my deduction is shit ball neighbor beat up his wife causing injury ( DB- serious injury), pointed a gun at her and threatened to kill her(DB- deadly weapon/ intimidation)..fired a round or two off outside into the air for effect (criminal reckless with deadly weapon). DB simple is probably something that occurred earlier that she didn't report until he got crazy with a gun.

You hopefully won't see your neighbor for a while.. might want to check the side of the house which points his way for holes....

Shit ball is the 23yo son of the neighborhood hilljack family. Don’t know if a family member or if the cops busted him up because his face was a mess when they tossed him in the squad car.
Hope they keep him.
