Noice! Looking forward to your thoughts. I’ve never had the pleasure to try Prime. I was about to when the whole legal thing went down, so I’ve held off until a reliable stream of ammo could be re-established. I’ll keep my eyes peeled!
Finally got a chance to try the old stuff in my 260. Shot 2-2.5 moa @100 yards. Guess my rifle doesn't like the stuff
I also had a 260 that didnt like Prime. And a 6.5 Creed that doesnt like it.
But I have another 6.5 Creed that loves it.

I recently bought 100 rounds of their 140 grain ELD-M cartridge. It is loaded in Pederson brass. It hit 2860 average out of my 26" barrel. Stuff is real nice

Spark Munitions has a good price point and a lot of options. If their stuff shoots like other factory match and gets put in a PRIME box I bet itll sell very very fast
I shot Spark this past week at 800-1,000 yards in NY.
Spark outperforms both Hornady's factory 140 offering and FGMM's 130 Berger. No contest.
It really was neck and neck with PRIME 130s.
The Berger factory 140s stole the show at 1,000. Don't know if I got lucky but it was good
No tip on the 130s,
They are super similar to the original load.
The speed is about 25fps faster the SDs are lower by a measurable amount, and the chambering is very nice and light.

Never got my hands on prime before everything happened. Definitely going to have to invest in some once it’s available again.
Awesome! If the prices stay close to what they were then this ammo will be great! The brass alone will be worth it as well as a good way to establish a barrels capability before screwing with loading.
Holy shit... I keep hearing you talk a ton about Prime ammo. With SDs like that and velocities like that for the 140gr, I am slowly doubting the need to reload as much!!!
I’ve been using a few hundred pieces of the original Prime brass pretty much throughout this last whole barrel, most of them with 9-10 reloads on them now. The Peterson brass should be as good.
No doubt, if they can keep the .260 prices nearer to their 6.5 Creedmoor prices, I’ll be acquiring more. It’s always good to have back up ammo.
