Losing a knife is gay. I lost my favorite last summer, Benchmade Griptilian 550-1, and now it’s discontinued… So I bought a few cheaper knives instead of one more expensive knife. A sog terminus with D2 blade and an el cheapo Vosteed Raccoon with something similar to a sheepsfoot blade. SOG might be the best pocket knife value out there, it’s definitely way up there. I really liked the Vosteed but had it confiscated at the airport. I mixed up which suitcase was being checked and which was a carry on and we didn’t have time to go back to the front and mail it home. So, hopefully some tsa faggot is enjoying my knife and fuck them. Which leads me to my new replacement. The Vosteed isn’t available anymore, unfortunately but I found a knockoff of a Spyderco Paramilitary from some Chiner company called Ganzo. It’s bigger than I’m used to carrying but is very well made and cost less than $30.

I carried a Strider folder for many years until it was stolen out of my checked baggage on an airplane trip

Now it’s a ZT350. Great knife and far cheaper. When I fl I take a 25.00 special instead in case it disappears in transit
