Gunsmithing what makes a barrel start to foul bad 338 edge

Have a 338 edge, after about 12 to 15 shots the barrel is a nightmare to get clean. I am talking pitaful,copper coated lands its a krieger hv 9:35 twistorse . Its got worse and worse . WHATS THE PROBLEM???

I would guess around 750 that would be a guess though

Have it borescoped but it probably has throat erosion and fire cracking.
