Maggie’s What our country is creating

Re: What our country is creating

Hahaha... Saw this a couple of weeks ago but decided not to post cause I didn't want to brew a shit storm.

As a nation, if this continues, we're doomed.

But on the other hand we created, or would that be constructed, SHANKSTER

Re: What our country is creating

The worst part was the look on the fools face the whole time... he doesn't even understand that what he is doing is wrong. Three years of college and people still have no critical thinking skills. And this woman doesn't understand why, "they are coming after me." for not paying rent after signing a lease.

It's not that these people can't get out and provide for themselves. We have just given them the option not to; why would they choose to work hard when they can just sit around, do nothing, and still live good?

the united states is doomed. i am a lt. at a correctional facility and this is the norm for the pos we have locked up. i see this on the street all the time. there is a shit storm brewing and it is people like duanne powell that are the cause of it.

Re: What our country is creating

ASK NOT WHAT YOUR COUNTRY CAN DO FOR YOU BUT WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR COUNTRY

seems more and more people don't understand plain ass in your face statements.

too many people in America are on the hand out train. As us the people who pay for there tickets are becoming the few. They are becoming cumbersome to the great nation I support. This needs to stop and bring back the hard working people of America and lose the freeloaders. The working American has not been knocked down but we are on our knees.

Re: What our country is creating

Hell, he's the smartest one in the room.... Smarter than I am anyway.... The reason he is acting so confused is because he knows you have to be a complete moron to believe that those handouts are actually used for the designated purpose.

Re: What our country is creating

As a property manager in Commiefornia, I drive to show various homes I have for rent in several northern CA cities. Any given day I can count 50-60 able bodied men that appear to be about 20-40 yrs. old standing on the corners, outside the liquor stores, walking the streets. They can't ALL be working the evening or morning tour, can they?. Don't they have a job? At the home showings, I see that "I wants my free stuff" mentality constantly. Some drive up in new Lincoln Navigators or Caddie Escalades w/ rims that have to cost $1000 each and ask if I accept Section 8 housing vouchers. I have a couple of units that do.....$1600 a month......tenant w/ new boat and truck pays $600....we pay the rest. One woman actually works for the county, but she's on the voucher system as are her two kids, her sister, and her mother. Generations have learned to work the system for "my free stuff". I've worked every day of my life since I started in the oilfields of West TX at 14. I'm damned tired of paying taxes on taxes on taxes so the parasites can "gets they free stuff". What happened to America? No pride of being self sufficient and owe no man? WTF? We're screwed, gentlemen. I'm old and will suffer this shit a lot less than my kids and grandkids, but I am saddened what is in store for them.

This has nothing to do with color. I am a full time student in a 2 year tech program. I see this every day and I attend a 98% white school. It ticks me off since I can't get a loan to pay for my education because I made too much money the year before I started. I have to work on the side and I still make too much money. I did get one grant that paid for one quarter and books, and that was because of my 4.0 gpa and 100% attendance.

Re: What our country is creating

Dude, My roommate is a Security guard at the local Social Security office, every day, he comes in with a new horror story. the best one was when this Old as dirt Native guy came in walking with a cane, massive calloused hands.. He helps his wife sit down after she takes a number(she's there about her retirement check or something), then starts to shoot the breeze with my roomie. Talking about how much his fish processing plant was raking in that summer, and that its a shame he can't get enough people willing to work. He kept goin on, saying that yeah, it was hard work, but its 20 bucks an hour with room and board the whole summer, and that he could really use some strong men like the ones sitting there in the lobby. Sure enough people started slinking away from him, and looking the other way, and diving into their brand new iPhones.

20 bucks an hour with room and board? dude, with the Park Service I was getting $19.00/hr with no room and board and I still think I'm rich! Good Lord, if I wasn't going to school on the GI Bill right now, I would have taken that job offer right damn quick! Or hell, the one I got from my roommate's security firm for 28.50/hr. I just don't get it, why would you settle for minimum cash flow when you get offers thrown at you like that!?

Because they have to work to get money... They get to sit at home and do nothing to collect welfare.

Maybe because of things like this (excerpted):

As quantitied, and explained by Gary Alexander, Secretary of Public Welfare, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, "the single mom is better off earnings gross income of $29,000 with $57,327 in net income & benefits than to earn gross income of $69,000 with net income and benefits of $57,045."

Hopefully this isn't universally the case now.

Re: What our country is creating

Valid points, Gentlemen. I still can't even fathom that mentality. My mom raised me and my brother after dad deuced out, and when she went to get help they told her that they'd only help her if she quit her job, and my mom, bless her, she's got the heart of a Lion, threw em both birds, walked out, and raised me and my brother without any nanny state help workin night shifts at the post office.

Where's their sense of self worth? I wake up looking forward to smashing down every challenge the day brings, and if I didn't have that I'd go nuts. How can these folk even look in the mirror?

Re: What our country is creating

And the number one driving force- Women. Explain that one. Job/better Job=More Money=Chicks. as No Job=No Money=No Chicks.
Did I miss some shortcut in elementary school math?

Re: What our country is creating

I saw this on facebook a couple of weeks ago.

Everyone hear has valid points, and I agee with all of you.

This nation is heading down a bad path.....and quick.

I started work when I was 12 years old, working with my father.
I can hear he say to me "boy if you want something nice you have to work hard for it, and pay for it yourself."

Im only 36 years old, and it makes me sick to see what this nation is/has become. My sisters kids generation are such slackers. Think that we owe them something. And the hell of it is they dont see anything wrong with that?!

Go out and earn a living......

It may have nothing to do with color bu being colored sure makes it a lot easier to get grants and low interest loans.

I paid for my associates degree cash and worked damn near full time. Took a couple loans to finish the bachelors degree even while working during school and full time every summer. I know the value of a dollar.

Not anymore, it is now becoming socially acceptable to have the men be lazy louts supported by the women. See it all the time in this younger generation.

No longer are the young boys working hard to have nice rides to pickup the girls, tons of them just have the girls come and pick them up in their cars and take them out on the girls' dime.

Re: What our country is creating

So, the country has enfranchised voters who once did not have a the right. The cats out of the bag. Game over. It is only a matter of time.

2,500 years ago the political pundits of Athens remarked that as soon as the hoi polloi figured out they can vote for their own pocket book the democracy is over. Truer words have never been spoken.

The irony is this guy isn't working but you are. Who is the slave and who is the master. You guys are the slave to everyone who is pulling an entitlement from uncle sugar. You need to work harder so they can have their obama phone, EBT cards, and whatever else the politicians will throw their way for a vote.

It is a ponzi scheme and yous guys are on the bottom strata never to collect. You will be left holding the bag.

Politicians will never implement austerity, as that would jeopardize their re-election. They will continue with the reckless fiscal and monetary policy until we go the way of Rome.

It is what it is and you can't stop it. Prepare now for some very troubling times...

oh, I forgot to add this. After this guys graduates he will be hired by your company and promoted to management giving you orders and setting policy - all in the name of diversity. Don't think it can't happen?

Re: What our country is creating

Another example of why I won't have kids. Not because I'm worried they'll be as useless as this stupid fuck, but because they'll have to support this sack of shits kids and grand kids. I'd feel guilty bringing kids to this world.
Were not supposed to feed bears that we see in state parks because they will become dependent on the free food. Then when a bear flips out because there's no more food, they attack innocent people. The bear is then tracked down and shot to eliminate the threat. All I'm saying is maybe we should stop feeding the "bears".... Or shoot them on sight. Useless n....Nevermind.

Re: What our country is creating

Lotta Mexicans in my area. They lend out their kids to others for welfare benefits. It goes like this: Couple A and B take little Jose and Lupe when they apply for welfare/food stamps, etc. A and B now get all the goodies for a family of four. Jose and Lupe go home to their parents, and change clothes. Couple C and D now take Jose and Lupe in, claim them as family, and get bennies for a family of four. Jose and Lupe go home, change clothes, Lupe redoes her hair, and they go in again with couple E and F.... and so it goes.
But when the state employee wants to report it as fraud, she was told to STFU if she wanted to keep her job. I know her.
If that's not bad enough, Washington state also employs "Welfare Outreach Coordinators". Their job is to go out into the non-English speaking immigrant communities and help them maximize their state benefits. Applicants must speak English and Thai, Mexican, Tagalog/Ilocano, Russian, Vietnamese, and so on.

We're trillions in debt, have a completely unsecured southern border, and yet we encourage illegal immigration and feed them to breed them.

Bad time to be a pale male.

Just said this today. Just sickens me the state we are in and direction we have been going. There seems no reverse in sight. I hope those that do work and who are productive stand by one another. Our pool is getting smaller and smaller.

Funny thing, I showed the Judge Judy video to some folks, and they were appalled. I then showed them this video, and pointed out that their logic patterns were congruent, and apparently now I'm a racist because I was implying that that first moron was a criminal because he was on welfare. Oh, the look on their faces when I responed with "No, he's a criminal because he was defrauding the government by not using the rent check to pay rent.". I guess it didn't occur to them.
