    Random help….

Anyone know what type of plug this is? It’s for my golf cart 48v to 12v reducer. I’m looking to make different connections but don’t the name to Google.

    Thanks

Cut it out and upgrade it to a "weatherpack" type connector.
    Bombproof and waterproof to boot.

If you aren't married to it, you can always buy a connector at Autozone (usually male/female in a package) and cut the old one and solder/heatshrink the new one on. Costs $5-10. Heatshrink can be done with a blow dryer, easy.

To clarify, are you talking about the plugs that have wire/pins already installed and part of the package? It's a good option. For heat shrink, a Bic lighter (or similar) will take care of the heat shrink a lot faster than a hair drier...a heat gun is the better option.
