what sling

i am building a new "tactical gun" if you will. i am ordering flush cups on this rifle and i am wondering what sling to go with. should i order a tab or is there better out there?

TAB or Tactical Intervention Specialists will likely be the two most popular recommendations. Far behind in third will be a leather sling by Turner or an equivalent, but those are most popular for replica builds.

I have a TAB, TIS and a Turner 1907, the TAB is the easiest to use, most comfortable, it was made by shooters for shooters, for our game there is no better sling made.

Another vote for TAB/TIS w/flush cups. This is the defacto standard for LR rifles.

Where can I find info on the TIS sling. Also do most people recommend get the TAB with or without the fastex buckles?

We sell over 40 or 50 slings with buckles for every one without buckles. Don't let those numbers make your decision though, whatever you want is what we can build you.

Personally I like the sling with buckles. I like being able to get sling either on or off from an across the chest carry by just unbuckling a buckle rather than pulling the rifle over my head, pack, etc.
