There has got to be a better way to handle something like that.
If a LEO tries to pull over a person for a minor infraction and a "high speed chase" ensues, if conditions are to dangerous the officer is EXPECTED to stop the chase.
Admittedly the video does not show the beginning, but by all acounts she was sitting in on the floor (again admittedly in the way, possible fire hazard).
She got charged with disorderly conduct, if that is the best they could come up with then they should have backed down and found another way.
And the bitch waving her taser in everyone's face needed to be knocked the fuck out.
I think is says a lot about our society that those LEO did not get attacked (not condoning that). In quite a few countries those LEO would be dead.

No, I am not saying she deserved the treatment she received. I am saying I do not really care. I lived in NY for a few years and do not have any empathy for the people that live there. After watching the video a couple times, i feel the woman was trying to use her baby as a shield. She knew that if she was separated from the child, her ass was set for a possible beatdown.

Would really like to see the whole incident. As Im sure the NYPD probably escalated the incident into what it turned out to be.
