Gunsmithing What to Do with My sights

This post could be for gunsmithing or sidearms...How to Choose?
My Sigs shoot consistently 1.5" low at 10 yards (no probs. with any other hand gun like the 1911's or revolvers)The sights are no adj for elevation. I want to keep the same sight pic with all of my handguns.

I need either a smaller front sight or higher rear sight
Ques:
1. How do I choose which to replace?
2. How after Question 1 is answered, do I decide how much smaller/larger a sight to get? (i.e. how many mm sight height is equal to 1.5" at 10 yards?)

Not trying to offend you but the trigger on a Sig is far different than a 1911. Could you be possibly anticipating recoil or something else? Have you let another shooter try the pistol?
