What would you guys build?

If you had a spare 10-22 receiver and $400-525 or so to spend on a build what would you build. Parts could be new or used

I would find a used fluted sporter GM barrel, hone the trigger myself, and put whatever flavor used stock you want, a cheopo scope and the rest on ammo.

Sell the receiver, buy some more Mossberg 44us mags, refinish my 44us, and put a really nice piece of glass on it.
