And certainly some legislating court will put a stay on it.

Why does it matter?

Well when some democrat crap shithole counts all these non citizens as citizens they will likely end up with an extra congressional representative or three.

Which party do you think benefits?

Why should non citizens have any representation?

I’m not sure how I feel about it. I answer as to how many people live here, that’s all the constitution mandates. Last time they showed up at my house several times trying to explain to me what I had to do. Final answer was get the fuck off my property and never come back.

Just read what I believe are the appropriate parts of the Constitution (Article 1, Section 2 and 14A) and now think this would be a legitimate question on the census.

I am really looking forward to seeing marxists arguing for what they see as original intent of the constitution. That will be fun.

It was a question that was on the census until 1950. It was then removed for reasons unknown to me.
