Rifle Scopes When is the best time to buy a new scope

I am just checking to see if anyone here has any insight as to when the best time to buy a scope is. I know the shot show is coming up and I would assume when that is over and the new products come out the price will fall on the older 2009 models.

I am looking for a NightForce 5.5-22x56 NXS with illuminated mildot zero stop, 2009 model is fine for me.

Man if you need a scope, then I'd say do it right now, today, and immediately if you can find what you want/need.

Some mfgs have probably already posted price increases.

Unless maybe you think some of the clan is going to sell what they have now to buy new stuff........??

They aren't cars, the model you're looking at hasn't changed in 5 years that I know of. 2007 model, 2009 model....2010 model will all cost the same.

i just bought mine. I decided it was time, cashed in the vacation, and watched the boards. Scored a gooder too.
