Where can I find a 260 barrel for a TRG-22?

Looking for something that's in stock that I can order and have quickly. Not looking to wait around for one to be made Details on what contour and what not would help as well. Looking for top shelf tubes too (Rock Creek, Bartlein, Krieger or Broughton etc.) that are cut and not button cut stuff.

Also, does anyone know for sure if it's the same reamer for a TRG-21 and a TRG-22? I can ask in the 'smithing section if nobody here knows for sure.

Should be the same reamer. There is not much different between the 21 and 22 and reamers just cut the chamber (a 260 is a 260). The stock has different lines IIRC but nothing major. I would PM some of the smiths on the forum. They might have a blank they can chamber for you.
