I am looking to get some Sako quad barrels threaded and from what I gather reading on the forum, I want to make sure it is done properly. I don't have a local smith that does this and would like to know who to trust and what kind of costs I'll be looking at. Thanks in advance for any help.

Sako Quad barrels are not threaded. Lilja offers a "drop in" premium barrel.

I'm aware that they're not threaded - I'd like to get a reputable 'smith to thread them if at all possible. My question is more of a "who & how much" kinda question. Thanks for the info on the Lilja however - I'll check it out.

There are a lot of competent people that can do it, you might want to check with Hooper, he's a member here.
