Where do you all buy your ammo?

Amy particular websites you favor or do you usually buy in normal stores, etc?
Looking to stock up on good plinking .308 and also a bit of the more accurate stuff as well.

What kind of "plinking" ammo are you looking for specifically? 147gr ball?

There are a ton of online dealers that carry bulk 308 ammo, including XM80, various foreign surplus, commercial stuff (WWB, Remington, Prvi Partisan, etc.) and commercially remanufactured.

The local stores in my area are too expensive. I usually get my ammo from http://www.palmettostatearmory.com/. They have pretty good prices on a lot of ammo.

yeah I've been in there a few times. Had one of my guns I bought online transferred there. Never really looked at their ammo prices though.

Thanks for the link. They have Federal GMM 168g for $19.95 per 20 rounds. Thats the best price I have seen.

www.ammoengine.com also has listings from a dozen or so various websites. Easy to use and sort for all calibers and grains.

Palmetto State Armory has federal 168 smk's for 19.00 a box I ordered 10 the other day shipped fairly quick

K&A ammunition some of the best in town. and they even have 52gr 223... going to see about loading custom ammo in 223 and 308 too.
