hard to believe when I read about elected officials in a growing number of cities who are talking about disbanding or defunding police support of the population... what you have there are Anarchists who have been elected by either a knowing audience or an audience who were duped and now aghast at what they are seeing.... how else can it be explained where an elected official would rather let chaos happen than place necessary controls over criminal activity?

The left is nothing but snake oil salesmen. There sheep are to stupid and worthless to even comprehend what is happening to them. Anyone that believes what is going on now is justice doesn't deserve justice. Soon good will rise over evil. Evil will be crushed and a new day will arise from the ashes. The time has come.....let's go!

In my opinion, Many police departments in big Communist power centers were basically given enough rope to hang themselves by the Communists in charge and well now they are about to see why the local Communists / Democrats / SJWs were so interested in filling their departments with rotten folks, chasing out the good ones and letting everyone get away with misconduct for some time.

You'll notice most of the "outcry" level abuse cases happen in big democrat controlled cities.

But also in my opinion, I don't think the end game is Anarchy, it's probably create enough trouble to provide the "solution" which is a communist top down controlled oppression force staffed by people brought in from other areas to keep the peons in line and obeying what they are told.

You have to make the public BEG for their new chains and beg they will...

Elected anarchist is an oxymoron, first and foremost. The literal definition of anarchy is: no rulers. That’s it, no more and no less. It doesn’t mean not living without rules or laws. It means living together, cooperating, and resolving conflict as peacefully as possible

then let's call it Anarchists of the Moment... take advantage of the chaos now, attempt to control it later... either way, I don't want it.... it fails the recognition of human nature and Chaos Theory...

I think police should give them a quick preview of what they want.

I think the police in Kentucky have it right.
Every LEO should show up a few hours late or just take the day off.
I would hazard to guess people would be begging for them to come back.

Either way the LEO have a hard road to hoe because they are not respected and that I blame directly on the elected hack.

You and almost everyone else in the planet are using the terms “anarchy” and “anarchist” completely wrong. I’m sure it’s being used improperly on purpose though, to intentionally confuse and scare people.

I do however believe that much like the current crop of Dim elected officials who, in many cases, were the Alinsky acolytes who protested Vietnam action in the late 60's, you can have an elected Anarchist.... That war protest era led to any number of individuals who became long tenured Manchurian Candidate like types who decided to subvert from within, despite the length of time it took to accomplish the goal... Duping the public is a hallmark of nefarious will power... not out of the realm of possibility

Hi,

Shit...this sounds like it would be the perfect place for everyone that has been typing "Lets Get On With It" over the past 2 years.

Seems that city could be wiped clean of crime in about 2 days once the Police are gone......

What about some of that 5 dimensional chess.....This is a move that since the town knows the Police cannot handle the crime but get "rid" of the Police and let the citizens take care of the criminals....

Sincerely,
Theis

that would be to much like a utopian dream.... have it every night

You watch how fast the Commies call in the NG when it's American loving Patriots on the streets. Their problem is we would stand down when the Govt took control. WE hate them, not the NG.

This view is utopian, and doesn't take into account human nature. Much like intellectual communists it looks good on paper but every time its tried it leads to genocide. (Communism that is). I suspect anarchy would be no different but as far as I know it's never been tried in any mass number of people.

Anyone who hasn't read Cloward and Pivens "Top Down, Bottom up" strategy should take a peak. We are almost there, and the useful idiots are in the street... it explains everything that is going on. Love or hate Glenn Beck, he laid this out perfectly years ago.

Hi,

But yet you are making a thread complaining about the very Politicians that mentioned getting rid of the Police??
Or is my comprehension skills sucking this morning, lol??

Sincerely,
Theis

think you misunderstood me.... not that I do dream it every night.... but I do on occasion fall asleep playing a few moves ahead on the board and what, in that case, I would do in reaction.... I would be one of those who would fill the void, like many of us, and likely you as well

If they abolish the police departments, the next step would be UN "peacekeepers" who are unarmed but from different countries to come "police" the US. That's the one World government dream

This view is not utopian at all. I absolutely understand that there will be conflict between individuals and groups of people. I also understand that there will be violence, I understand human nature is messy.

as I said, you are unfortunately attempting to carry your argument on a forum that is inhospitable to your message... you are peeing in the wind friend...

No, we're not.
Yes, you are. You are conflating the term anarchy with the term lawlessness and this is your subjective opinion. Strictly by their definitions they are not the same thing at all

If you want to have an argument about the legitimacy of a system of governance that’s fine. But we need to get the terms correct first

Y'all confuse me with your chauvinism towards the police state.

Derek Chauvin... What a poetically fitting last name

Police should stay home for a few days, give political idiots and minions what they want. Maybe through some luck some of these mayors and leaders for this kind of crap will fall victim to their own wish.

To me after all of this "D" is attempting to be "Professor Academia" to the group... he is attempting to be pure in the definition, yet unwilling to accept the fact that on the street level and in practice among the rest of the community in which anarchists find themselves, they have adopted violence, upheaval and destabilization as their modus.... I think we all know what we see in practical terms taking place on the street... there are a great number of subcurrents running in this current round of Protests... just a shame that this hijacking has occurred... the silver lining though is the fact that more and more people are waking up to the leftist challenge... for all of us true believers, and I don't mean Eric Hoffer's style of true believer, but those of us who are Patriotic to the history and sacrifices made for this country we are mustering... Know what that means "D"?

" means living together, cooperating, and resolving conflict as peacefully as possible". In my life of 65 years have I never seen such an ignorant and dangerous statement. Anarchy by itself is the absence of order in which the void is filled by tribalism. Do you think of places such as Somalia and the Middle East as places " living together, cooperating, and resolving conflict as peacefully as possible " ?

I think this is a ploy to get potus to deploy troops.

Citizens left to defend themselves will be a big different story in some locations.

Some of us listened to aj's relentless urge to buy more ammo..

LE, NG and storm troupers get sent here it is to protect rioters from people like me.

I'm not interested in a debate on this topic. Your kind is as unwelcome as the opposite end of the spectrum.

"D" appears to be playing a semantics game in an attempt to make the word "anarchist" more mainstream. If 99% of everyone has in their mind an understanding of what a word means, that is what it means.

Coming to a real definition of terms is the most important step in any discussion. Without it, nobody gets a clear understanding of what is trying to be said. A perfect example of this would be to try this counter factual: Everyone here most likely has a similar idea of what the word liberty means. If we ask a hard left member of antifa what liberty means we’re probably going to get a vastly different definition. The different definitions aren’t really important, the important thing is to acknowledge the difference of opinion and get on to the real discussion

In all of the criticism of my views, I’ve noticed that nobody has actually asked my opinion about a specific situation. You emotional broads just lose your minds when someone says a bad word 😁

I’m sure I’m overreacting a tad, the bear pit can get a bit tense at times, so I’ll apologize in advance if this wasn’t your intent but; if this is some sort of veiled threat you can go fuck yourself. The only violence I’ve ever advocated for is in the defense of property and loved ones. Absolutely nowhere have I justified anyone initiating violence on anyone.

Lol, I just spent the last 45 minutes trying to type my last response while putting my kids down for a nap and cleaning up a bit and this came up immediately before I finished. Very well timed

That's just a lot of words to say "I'm a commie"

Communist Semantics is the art of political sophism applied in direct and indirect propaganda with a twofold intention: (1) to automatically invalidate the arguments of the enemy on any subject, and. (2) to automatically validate Marxist sophism into a valid argument without having to prove it valid.

We watched this happen in Newark, NJ; back in the '60's and '70's. Black socialists rioted, the city leadership said Fuckit, and bailed out. Downtown Newark lay in ruins for decades. The people got to live with what they had voted for.

H. "Rap" Brown. Leroi Jones. Kawaida Towers. Famous enablers. Kenneth A. Gibson.

I grew up in The North Ward. During the riots, my neighbors and I sat on our front steps each night with shotguns laid across our laps as the rioters, Police, and National Guard streamed past, nonstop. Pretty much like the Keystone Cops. It was just us; and the families were upstairs, laying low. All those Fucking Commie Bastards invaded our peacefully integrated neighborhood, instigated the flames, and then "moved on to greater things".

Our daughter was born in 1971. We moved out of Newark before she finished grade school. We were just about the last white folks to leave. I made damned sure that she never spent even a single day in public school.

I was friends with Steve Adubato and Tony Imperiale; their kids were in my Scout Troop. Steve was a kind, peaceful man. Tony was a bit of a hothead who had the backing of the entire Italian community. It was even rumored, and widely believed, that Tony had a tank tucked away in a warehouse somewhere in the city.

All of my Scout leaders when I was a kid there were Irish Cops and Firemen. The entire Irish and Italian community bailed after Kawaida, and spawned the term "White Flight". I was one of the few whites remaining after that; they called us "The White Ni@@ers of Newark" *. In two years, Newark was transformed from a peaceful White Italian city to a vast, sprawling, demolished Ghetto.

I spent from 1st to 6th grade in the NYC public schools, in what became AOC's District; and the smell of the Commies was evident there even back then in the 1950's. When I had completed first grade in a Catholic School, the Atheist principal of the public school I transferred into insisted that I had to repeat the first grade in his school because Catholic education I had received was tainted with worship and religious bias. After that, I was always the oldest kid in class.

Soon after, he was sued by parents over stamping out prayer in his school, and went on to gain the SCOTUS ruling which banned prayer in Public schools nationwide. His lawsuit was bankrolled by the NY City School system and the NY State Department of Education. The parents religious affiliations left them twisting in the wind. That was the beginning of what we have today, including AOC. Today they celebrate his name as a staunch defender of the First Amendment. The hypocrisy is appalling, but it also serves to explain how the Communists got their hold over NY State.

I had learned at an early age that Commies Suck Hindmost Tit.

I think that Minneapolis has bought the cow, that they should now be required to drink the milk, and that it's going to get really sour, really soon.

It's their mess; they get to clean it up, no outside help allowed. Nobody helped us in Newark.

Aw Gee, Mr. Governor; we shit our pants. Could you please, please give us another pair?

Oh, and would you change them for us too, pretty please?

Fuck that...

* The article was written in 2009. It took from the 1970's for Newark to pull itself out of the sinkhole that the riots had put it into. Ta-Nehisi Coates is bang-on correct about Booker. The guy has real creds, and pulled that city out of the grave. Presidential campaigns notwithstanding...

As I said, I grew up in Newark and stayed for the after party, too. It stands to reason that I had to have friends on both sides of the debate. Those days, if you were young and weren't a Democrat, you had no heart. If you were middle aged and were still a Democrat, you had no brains. New Jersey, New York, Arizona; some of these things are not like the others.

So I think it's clear where I sit on the subject of rioting in general.

IMHO, it's what happens when outside agitators come in and say, "Hey; let's you and him fight..."

These riots are really a very old story for me; and an exceedingly ugly one, too...

It's what happens when people in charge put the kid gloves on and concentrate on looking at the squirrels...

Ain't that a lot of squirrels...?

Greg

I feel like we all have a sufficiently clear understanding of what you believe and why you are here.
Could you explain what it is that you think I believe and what my motivations are? Just humor me, pretty please

Nobody here asked you to defend commies, yet here you are proving us all right. Go sell smug retarded ideas elsewhere.

Be sure to reply with a smug request only ever using semantics and smug rhetoric. I know your type well.
