Where to buy 308 match ammo?

Howdy all, I'm trying to buy some good factory match ammo for my new 308. I'm going to try and stick with 175 (or similar) grain, and ideally I'd like the bullets to be decent for either target or hunting. From the advice of members on this board I'm going to try ammo from several manufacturers and even different kinds from the same company to see what my rifle likes best.

I plan on trying Hornady, Black Hills, and Federal Premium ammo. The prices I'm seeing are all in the $35 dollar range for the 175 grain stuff. I was lead to believe that I should be paying closer to a dollar a bullet for it. Please point me in the direction of some good online ammo dealers that you guys have had good luck with.

Thanks!

Thanks for the head's up guys! I will give Southwest ammo a try. But at the same time I'd like to try a few other brands in case something else works better in my particular gun. Any other recommendations on where to buy Federal, Black Hills, etc, would be appreciated.

A quick check for 168gr Federal Gold Medal match;
$22.79 Cheaper Than Dirt
$190 a case Gunbroker.com
$19.95 Ammo to go

The 175gr seems to be as you found, all above $30 a box.
Hornady makes good match ammo too.
At Natchez $23
Midway $23

Buffalo Gun Center has 168 FGMM for $15 a box, it's new but old stock (white & blue bx). I'm not sure if they ship though.....................

This was 2 week so who knows what they have left.
