Turret presses are about convenience, not precision. A well made turret press such as the T7 will approach the precision of an equally well made BB II, UltraMag, or Forster Co-Ax, etc., but will not match it. The play necessary in the turret head to allow you to turn the turret simply is not there in a single stage press.
I should clarify... play, in and of itself, is not necessarily detrimental to precision (look at the floating die retention on the Forster Co-Ax). But play that imparts a tilt to the die (as happens with a turret held by a central pivot bolt).
