I've tried to bottom out a new scope and rings with 20 MOA in the base and another 40 MOA in the rings and still fell short. So I talked to EGW to see if they could mill one of their 10/22 bases to work with the Kidd receiver. One or two custom rails is very expensive (as in hundreds of dollars) due to the labor hours required. But if there was enough interest, they stated 30 and 40 MOA Kidd compatible picatinny rails could possibly be produced as a stock item.
My suggestion is to contact EGW if you would like to purchase a 30 or 40 MOA rail for a Kidd receiver:
