which muzzle brake????

Does anyone here have experience with these two muzzle breaks?
prototactical X-Comp brake
seekins precision muzzle break.
I am torn between the the two. They both look great but i cant find any posts ANYWHERE as to the effectiveness of the break and whether or not the will be effective on a 7mm Rem Mag (my rifle)... Please if anyone has sent round through them please id love to hear about your experience. Thank you

just looking at the design, i would go with seekins precision muzzle break...

this is what i use on my 260, made by a hide member

the recoil feels like a 223

Hey Ring, is that muzzle break easily removable? Can you twist it on and off yourself?

I have an RWS brake like Ring's and I love it.
$45 shipped within a couple of days of order placement, you can't beat it.

Both the VIAS style, and the Harrels have made my 300winmags puppy dogs to shoot.

Since you have the same one, how easy is it to remove it? Both my local ranges dont allow them in competitions, but allow them for just shooting, so I need one that I can remove and then reinstall myself when I need to.

Easy. I use one of the little rubber strap oil can wrenches to make sure it's good and tight and to make it easier to remove.

Ive got a few rws brakes and they are hard to beat for the money. Ross is a great guy to deal with aswell

i put a dab a blue locktight on it, but other then that, yes.. i should have my YHM QD from ATF in the next few weeks, then it will come off..
