Rifle Scopes Which way to go Bushnell G2DMR or BTR-MIL

I've looking for a new scope for a while and have come to two choices. The Bushnell G2DMR or the BTR-MIL. There both FFP. and about 90.00 apart. I'll be putting it on a 308 and ranges from 200 -1000 yards. Thanks for the help.

Never used the BTR-Mil but I really like the G2DMR.

IMO the G2 seems to be a more popular reticle.

Unless you're really worried about your sight picture being messed up by the Christmas tree I think you're going to be really happy with the G2DMR. Quite honestly I do not find the reticle distracting. I bought mine for a LR target and hunting rig and wanted the advantage of the windage markers

Another vote for the G2, but that's the only one I have experience with.

I love the G2. BUT, if I required some type of illuminated reticle and wanted something better than the standard mildot, I can see where the BTR would be nice to have (ETA: And I own Bushnells with illuminated mildots and the G2).
