Who makes this stock set?

This was in a hot for a 5.11 ad in Atlantic Tactical page 111 of their #17 fall/winter catalog. Would like to know who makes it. I think it would pair nicely with ky 10.5 sbr.

Found it! Turns out that its the HK 416 PDW. So HK makes it.

It's a proprietary HK system based on their own designs used on the MP5 and HK91 & HK93.

Copper207, USACS nailed it, something similar thats in the works, that is compatible with standard lowers is this stock. Spexdefense is apparently making them,
