I have no Naval aircraft experience... I do have "equipment" here on the homestead. I can see a storm brewing about 30 miles away. At that time I make a round to make sure my stuff is ready for a thunderstorm. Is the pilot of a Navy aircraft under any obligation to go make sure his aircraft is in a secure state?
