... in the Michael Flynn case just recuse himself and leave the trial? Nobody seems to be talking about that but this Clinton appointee judge just recused himself prior to sentencing and after hearing Flynn's guilty plea.

Is this just more of the drip drip drip that is the Hallmark of the incompetence of this completely screwed up Muller investigation?

In my opinion anything that comes out of this thing that's happening is simply going to get turned on appeall (or be no brainer pardons) as the basis is completely garbage.

That judge was appointed to the FISA court right around the time of the Trump/Russia warrant. Dollars to donuts he is the one who signed it.

That dept of justice deal wherebuy they extorted businesses to "donate" to leftist causes is a travesty and we get crickets. If it was a lawful fine or penalty that was our money and they had no right to give it to leftists.

Perhaps the judge doesn't want to get killed in a robbery in which nothing is stolen from him.
