Wifi cam for viewing target hits beyond 400m?

Is anyone using and or able to recommend a set up for using a camera mounted close to the target that is linked via wifi to an android or Iphone? I have found several cameras capable of doing this, but am unsure of their range. I am looking for beyond 400m.

There are actually quite a number of camera/transmitter/YAGI antennae/directional antennae/receiver combination threads here. Some are rather simple (dare I use that word) whereas some others are quite detailed, intricate, and computer involved.

I was gonna build said setup, but realized with a good scope you can see where you hit most the times... when it comes to shooting steel.
